COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston Gear ACX2075 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cristal-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Danaher product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the 131B1545 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CCT1351 manufactured by Cristal-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Cristal-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 83Y05101A by Manufacturer Danaher as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Delta Brand VFD007B21A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynamatic such as WARP110 equipment made by Dynamatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynamatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynamatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BDS421023414W32 made by Cincinnati as well as the popular VLT5001PT2B20SBR3DLR10A00C0 original spares produced by Danfoss Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 175L20003X400500 by Danfoss and WARP110 spares by Dynamatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VLT5004PT5B20STR0DL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss. |
