COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston Gear 721-40-B5-G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cca products, including obsoleted and phased-out Busellato parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Charmilles product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cca such as the DAQOEM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 07B2000026G manufactured by Busellato and we are pleased to be able to service most Busellato systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 852342 by Manufacturer Charmilles as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bronco-Ii Brand B160 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Branson-Ultrasonics-Corporation such as PGB220A equipment made by Branson-Ultrasonics-Corporation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Branson-Ultrasonics-Corporation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Branson-Ultrasonics-Corporation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LSUBL6291C made by Brandless as well as the popular AA0 original spares produced by Brown-Boveri Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 102980A by Candid-Logic and PGB220A spares by Branson-Ultrasonics-Corporation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KTE1600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Buss. |
