COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston Gear 715-10-G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Celerity products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bulldog-Winch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Carl-Schenck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Celerity such as the CMX1T11LN2X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 500423 manufactured by Bulldog-Winch and we are pleased to be able to service most Bulldog-Winch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 700014319 by Manufacturer Carl-Schenck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cedes Brand S400S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Canalta such as BMS2500 equipment made by Canalta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Canalta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Canalta" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 512P3H48270 made by Camco as well as the popular V1D415 original spares produced by Carotron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PD3012 by Ccs and BMS2500 spares by Canalta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EC3025PPAPL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carlo. |
