COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston FWC752150B9J parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Textron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Timken parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tandler product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Textron such as the MHV35B428W7A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HH224346 manufactured by Timken and we are pleased to be able to service most Timken systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HW01111S5151 by Manufacturer Tandler as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rotork Brand IWD3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Foote such as G1083 equipment made by Foote have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Foote products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Foote" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K071621 made by Kingsbury as well as the popular K2IR80K2DODRWE405 original spares produced by Vem Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KA76BDT90S4BH62HR by Sew and G1083 spares by Foote are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LPK090M02005111MSK040CWD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wittenstein. |
