COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston FWC726B100KB5G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cone products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stober parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cone such as the HU7800CBJ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K302WG0170MR200180BLL manufactured by Stober and we are pleased to be able to service most Stober systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GHF6032AH by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Festo Brand HGPP16A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Conedrive such as H0502 equipment made by Conedrive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Conedrive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Conedrive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KT47AM56 made by Sew as well as the popular GR818607600 original spares produced by Grove Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FWC7321800B5G by Boston and H0502 spares by Conedrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HAC106180 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo. |
