COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston FWA718-1200-B4-G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Crane products, including obsoleted and phased-out David-Brown parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vem product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Crane such as the GET5K23H3T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M0620B02NMM100808 manufactured by David-Brown and we are pleased to be able to service most David-Brown systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K2IR80K2DODRWE405 by Manufacturer Vem as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Consolidated Brand H2344 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sm such as HG1810 equipment made by Sm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GSZ25RN made by Zimm as well as the popular K202WG0460MT10 original spares produced by Stober Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HSB700 by Formsprag and HG1810 spares by Sm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L180TC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
