COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston FWA321-200-R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Formsprag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Norgren product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Formsprag such as the HSB700 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HB882LN210TC manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GL500J12F5A1GXM2 by Manufacturer Norgren as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Winsmith Brand G1001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Festo such as HGPT40ABG1 equipment made by Festo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Festo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Festo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G3179 made by Gatco as well as the popular MHR357B original spares produced by Conedrive Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ILH38 by Dodge and HGPT40ABG1 spares by Festo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GF3018AJ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
