COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston F732-60-B5-G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grove parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Formsprag product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the FWA738300KB5G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GRGBMQ82130R56 manufactured by Grove and we are pleased to be able to service most Grove systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FSO600 by Manufacturer Formsprag as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand F92640B5G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Stemmann such as KFKS100180A equipment made by Stemmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stemmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stemmann" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JVL286TSTDR17202BPL made by Marathon as well as the popular HMQ2201 original spares produced by Grove Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FA70DV112M82BMHR by Sew-eurodrive and KFKS100180A spares by Stemmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F92450B5G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
