COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston F730-5-B9-J parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Foote parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Caterpillar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the LF92625B7J spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G1013 manufactured by Foote and we are pleased to be able to service most Foote systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FJ1OPU3N by Manufacturer Caterpillar as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-eurodrive Brand FA47GDRE90M4BE2H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as H310508 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H2344 made by Consolidated as well as the popular HGPT40ABG1 original spares produced by Festo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KT87TAM213215RS by Sew and H310508 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K613WF0700MT20B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stober. |
