COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston F72640KB5G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stober parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the HF311509 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K402AG0175MQ30 manufactured by Stober and we are pleased to be able to service most Stober systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FA67DT80K4 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Morse Brand FI32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as K97R63D16DT71C4 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GRDFHMQ852600HR114040 made by Grove as well as the popular HAM34892005 original spares produced by Albany Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KD055XP3 by Kaydon and K97R63D16DT71C4 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FHMQ2201 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grove. |
