COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston F721-7.5-B5-G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Foote products, including obsoleted and phased-out Boston parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew-eurodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Foote such as the G1032 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F73240EB7G manufactured by Boston and we are pleased to be able to service most Boston systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KT57TR37AM143 by Manufacturer Sew-eurodrive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Placid Brand H11241B52 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reich such as KUPPLUNGEN equipment made by Reich have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reich products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reich" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KA97TDRP225 made by Sew as well as the popular H3140 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K102WG0280MT10 by Stobor and KUPPLUNGEN spares by Reich are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GST062NVBR5D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lenze. |
