COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston F718B60TB5GT1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Harmonic-Drive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ite such as the G105F126 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FC56CG16A manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HFUC32500000048829002 by Manufacturer Harmonic-Drive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fenner Brand L01C20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Motoman such as HW9381465Z equipment made by Motoman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motoman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motoman" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JFN63C made by Hansen as well as the popular GF3018AJ original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K203 by Stober and HW9381465Z spares by Motoman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HB1082LN280TC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge. |
