COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston F718-40-B5-H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Timken parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kaydon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove such as the GRBMQ81830R56 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HH224346NA manufactured by Timken and we are pleased to be able to service most Timken systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KA090CP0 by Manufacturer Kaydon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Stober Brand K303WG0540MR160050F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Animatics such as GH23SP049 equipment made by Animatics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Animatics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Animatics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KH107AM364 made by Sew-eurodrive as well as the popular G1053 original spares produced by Foote Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K513AF0970MT20 by Stober and GH23SP049 spares by Animatics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FSO600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Formsprag. |
