COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston F71520KB5GT2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gatco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cleveland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Grove product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gatco such as the G3179 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G1046 manufactured by Cleveland and we are pleased to be able to service most Cleveland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HM21830100 by Manufacturer Grove as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Harmonic-Drive Brand HFUC32500000048829002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as GF058BG equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JFN23CB made by Winsmith as well as the popular G3FB2260T020WA original spares produced by Gtr Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FYRP by Skf and GF058BG spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HSMFK1000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Philadelphia. |
