COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston F713B-30-B5G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kaydon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Boston product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the HB128357250TC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KA040XP0 manufactured by Kaydon and we are pleased to be able to service most Kaydon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HF718X200B5HP16 by Manufacturer Boston as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Demag Brand KBA112A42 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kamo such as KAMOSEIKO equipment made by Kamo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kamo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kamo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F92150B5G made by Baldor as well as the popular G3L40300040 original spares produced by Gtr Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F718B20SB5G by Boston and KAMOSEIKO spares by Kamo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H3SH10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Flender. |
