COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston F321B-40-G1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued G-tec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Boston parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kaydon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader G-tec such as the GB500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FT2430B5H manufactured by Boston and we are pleased to be able to service most Boston systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KA090CP0 by Manufacturer Kaydon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-eurodrive Brand K96VU41BEFDADV132M4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as HAFF13G1S1 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JM71664990B02 made by Timken as well as the popular G105F126 original spares produced by Ite Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Field by Dynacorp and HAFF13G1S1 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FA67DT80K4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
