COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston BTN56RT17F3/4C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vexta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lincoln parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vexta such as the ASM66MAN25 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AHAAN4S2TC61Q10L manufactured by Lincoln and we are pleased to be able to service most Lincoln systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BSM80B150BA by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand B204B21 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mcg such as AB34002E1 equipment made by Mcg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mcg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mcg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BSM50N133AA made by Baldor as well as the popular BN63A4 original spares produced by Bonfigioli Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Alpha12A by Fanuc and AB34002E1 spares by Mcg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BLH200E12S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma. |
