COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bosch LTU350 0608750108 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Windsor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ams-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Windsor such as the MPMZL5S112 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP304CL manufactured by Ams-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Ams-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MP3011 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eaton Brand MRR1000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asea such as OES600R03 equipment made by Asea have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asea products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asea" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NMFC05 made by Bailey as well as the popular MVME147023 original spares produced by Freescale-Semiconductor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MMPMA2300 by Modicon and OES600R03 spares by Asea are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC446B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
