COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bosch K-CAN16DI/16DO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emx products, including obsoleted and phased-out Edwards parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Elmwood product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emx such as the UVX300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 600AB manufactured by Edwards and we are pleased to be able to service most Edwards systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3450RC8001565 by Manufacturer Elmwood as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Endress-Hauser Brand TH138A11A3CBP1AK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Chromalox such as 391011104 equipment made by Chromalox have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chromalox products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chromalox" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 871A3D made by Foxboro as well as the popular CSC3 original spares produced by Cs-fv30 Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SP200LM by Cardinal and 391011104 spares by Chromalox are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 240C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Clarostat. |
