COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bosch DM30K1101-D 1070084674-109 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Comau products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DMAC400411AAAC manufactured by Cmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HVX030A14A1B1C4 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Danfoss Brand 175Z0167 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Control-Techniques such as 1029AV575V100A equipment made by Control-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Techniques" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VLT5006PT5B20SBR3DLF30A00C0 made by Danfoss as well as the popular 83Y05101A original spares produced by Danaher Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS15K6111D1070084440106 by Bosch and 1029AV575V100A spares by Control-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
