COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bosch 0-608-830-109 SE110 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cincinnati products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cleveland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bosch product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cincinnati such as the N34242171A01REVB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 403CLSP0S16 manufactured by Cleveland and we are pleased to be able to service most Cleveland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM2550TC1 by Manufacturer Bosch as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand SV9F20AC5M0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as ECL02B2A9A equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VLT5001PT5C54SBR3DLF00A10C0 made by Danfoss as well as the popular CCT1351 original spares produced by Cristal-Controls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VLT5006PT5B20SBR3DLF30A00C0 by Danfoss and ECL02B2A9A spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VFD110V23A2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Delta. |
