COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bonitron M3575R-H33BFC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out L-Com parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Phoenix-Digital product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MDD093CN030N2M110PB1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NB1412071HFS manufactured by L-Com and we are pleased to be able to service most L-Com systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OCXCTN13DST by Manufacturer Phoenix-Digital as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MKD071B061KP0KN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cleveland-Motion-Control such as MO031400 equipment made by Cleveland-Motion-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cleveland-Motion-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cleveland-Motion-Control" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSNIE55102 made by Metasys as well as the popular ME36800LS original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSNAE55202 by Johnson-Controls and MO031400 spares by Cleveland-Motion-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NWBM85000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
