COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bodine 34R4BFPP-E3 34R4BFPPE3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Technology-Corporation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the 1SM50AF80L4CUS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 214200802 manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2025CTC by Manufacturer Control-Technology-Corporation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand 2N948G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bodine such as 24A4BEPMD3 equipment made by Bodine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bodine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bodine" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2N996G made by Dayton as well as the popular 1LE23211AA314AA3 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20Q15R56 by Baldor and 24A4BEPMD3 spares by Bodine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2FMG3MO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eim. |
