COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boc Edwards BOC EDWARDS U20000937 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl--Fuchs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the D730TSFNSH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G10CTX170 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DM1515TAGPN0N0 by Manufacturer Pepperl--Fuchs as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl--Fuchs Brand DM519TAGPSSN0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sugino-Machine-Limited such as E2759PDASDHT equipment made by Sugino-Machine-Limited have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sugino-Machine-Limited products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sugino-Machine-Limited" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F300E made by Omron as well as the popular E0241653 original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ET1739L8CWA3NPBG by Tyco and E2759PDASDHT spares by Sugino-Machine-Limited are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FPM5171GR3AE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Advantech. |
