COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bluffton Motor Works 53096 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Alling-lander products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alpha parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Alling-lander such as the 3192FMA05L030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TP025MF221041PGG manufactured by Alpha and we are pleased to be able to service most Alpha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GF0524CGGRO134C039 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bando Brand 630H20005441 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Amer-Carbon such as J36157 equipment made by Amer-Carbon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amer-Carbon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amer-Carbon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PE090050 made by Apex as well as the popular LF93820B9J original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B1325302 by B232-30-2 and J36157 spares by Amer-Carbon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS180040MT180040010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bayside. |
