COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the B&k Precision 8540 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bk-Precision products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bk-Precision such as the 8540 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BOD000E manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VS1MX21 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BES04RE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balance-Engineering such as C101AX1 equipment made by Balance-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balance-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balance-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 35943U made by Bailey as well as the popular 35947R original spares produced by Bailey-Wika Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IVU2PRBX04 by Banner and C101AX1 spares by Balance-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BTL2A110610FS32 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
