COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bitronics MTWIN3B2A000000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cr-Magnetics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cr-Magnetics such as the CR432030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the INSIGHT5100 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E5830TD250GD by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand E57FAL18T111SD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Camlogic such as PFG05XF equipment made by Camlogic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Camlogic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Camlogic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6105V005 made by Buhler as well as the popular EVS1002M5C11 original spares produced by Ckd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E51ALP1 by Cutler-Hammer and PFG05XF spares by Camlogic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T3P2B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Blh. |
