COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bison 32-999-4306-005 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Itt-Barton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Motor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Itt-Barton such as the 20079290 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3057546 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 211CN4105 by Manufacturer Us-Motor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynetic-Systems Brand 230199B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo such as 20BM220MBP01 equipment made by Sanyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2580 made by Harmonic-Drive-System as well as the popular 2AD100DB050R5AS03A2N1 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 23S15R by Baldor and 20BM220MBP01 spares by Sanyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1HU30760AC010ZZ9Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
