COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bishop Wisecarver UTTS1G720 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bodine products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brandless parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bongshin product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bodine such as the 42Y5BEPM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ESV45061 manufactured by Brandless and we are pleased to be able to service most Brandless systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BS205 by Manufacturer Bongshin as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Br-Automation Brand 8MSA4ME030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Brandless such as 138X110 equipment made by Brandless have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brandless products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brandless" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R185142210 made by Bosch-Rexroth as well as the popular LCD84007 original spares produced by Bosch-Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MTWIN4B by Bitronics and 138X110 spares by Brandless are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PG8S3E1VA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brandless. |
