COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bindicator 34594-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Burling-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the E57LAL12T110ED spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B2C672 manufactured by Burling-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Burling-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 82803581RF1 by Manufacturer Cognex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Calgon Brand 6729030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cognex such as 80057491REVN equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1035660000E made by Cedes as well as the popular 8311IdNo00444642 original spares produced by Burkert Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PT8010040611121C by Celesco and 80057491REVN spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1380B6501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
