COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Berger Lahr WS5-5.281-00 WS5528100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cleveland products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cerus parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cd-Automation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cleveland such as the PMACP40291AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CI060P4 manufactured by Cerus and we are pleased to be able to service most Cerus systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CD3000M by Manufacturer Cd-Automation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Delta Brand DTD4896R0RO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Control-Techniques such as SE33400750 equipment made by Control-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Techniques" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SP2202 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular V1850RL original spares produced by Control-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M105R14ICD by Control-Techniques and SE33400750 spares by Control-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 131L0164 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss. |
