COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Berger Lahr EXRDM3913 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bernard-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bomac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bernard-Controls such as the Ez10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 12M03111 manufactured by Bomac and we are pleased to be able to service most Bomac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature W1105 by Manufacturer Bilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bilz Brand W705 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics such as BRFHBCHMBRGT1A1CFRGF45 equipment made by Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N1000CXBSOA24024T made by Blackstone-ney as well as the popular BRK150 original spares produced by Bradman-lake Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WD5 by Berger-Lahr and BRFHBCHMBRGT1A1CFRGF45 spares by Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D13518 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bimba. |
