COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Berger Lahr CI0104515 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thompson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the C182C17WB3D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMR2005TCD00CEA001 manufactured by Cmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BLX343A2E000 by Manufacturer Thompson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eurodrive Brand BGFM15010TG2C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as C42T17FZ14B equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CEWDM3613T made by Baldor as well as the popular BDS5 original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMQ2183 by Reliance and C42T17FZ14B spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CGC13T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
