COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bently Nevada 3300/46-09-04-01-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Boston-Gear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bosch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Boston-Gear product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston-Gear such as the R71815B5G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1070079596102 manufactured by Bosch and we are pleased to be able to service most Bosch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 71815B5H by Manufacturer Boston-Gear as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics Brand BRFHBCHMBCRT0A1CFRGF42 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bilwinco such as CB2011G equipment made by Bilwinco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bilwinco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bilwinco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UTTS1G0960 made by Bishop-Wisecarver as well as the popular 330065020101000101 original spares produced by Bently-Nevada Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 71015B4G by Boston-Gear and CB2011G spares by Bilwinco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CEF00485A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bimba. |
