COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Benshaw BIPCRSMB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Exor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Butler-Automatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kadant-Aes product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Exor such as the eTOPMON1200T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Control937 manufactured by Butler-Automatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Butler-Automatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D36182 by Manufacturer Kadant-Aes as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Advantech Brand FPM3150TVET in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beckhoff such as CP680110060010 equipment made by Beckhoff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beckhoff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beckhoff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EKH92033820 made by Buhler as well as the popular CS1W0D211 original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ESA0608RF1211B by Nsk and CP680110060010 spares by Beckhoff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM42 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ems.
