COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Beisensors HS35F-50-R2-SS-1000-ABZC-28V/5-SM18-S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynapar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Datalogic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the EGFL2SPDTNET3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M050050 manufactured by Dynapar and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynapar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS4600A2010 by Manufacturer Datalogic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex Brand 545c in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Chromalox such as 3380 equipment made by Chromalox have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chromalox products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chromalox" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UA30CAD35PGM1TI made by Carlo-Gavazzi as well as the popular 192L0570 original spares produced by Danfoss Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 208Y120 by Eaton and 3380 spares by Chromalox are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FTI55AAM1RGJ43D1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser. |
