COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Beijer Mitsubishi 02440E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bodine products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bimba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bodine such as the 33A3BEPMZ2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FST318 manufactured by Bimba and we are pleased to be able to service most Bimba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature W1105 by Manufacturer Bilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bielomatik Brand B1610 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Belimo such as AF24PC equipment made by Belimo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Belimo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Belimo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 230426V made by Boekel as well as the popular PLH400H original spares produced by Bestcare Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RSI001S44W by Benshaw and AF24PC spares by Belimo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FT3124FV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bimba. |
