COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Beijer Electronics K30M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bishop-Wisecarver products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bishop-Wisecarver parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Biorad product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bishop-Wisecarver such as the UTTS1G0480 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UT1WPA manufactured by Bishop-Wisecarver and we are pleased to be able to service most Bishop-Wisecarver systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Y530127 by Manufacturer Biorad as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Berbes Brand AMCD2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Belimo such as LF24SRUS equipment made by Belimo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Belimo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Belimo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BRNCRVHBCHCRT0A0CFCC8584 made by Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics as well as the popular 330980X000 original spares produced by Bently-Nevada Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RP1000SR4 by Bettis and LF24SRUS spares by Belimo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IFA62 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Berger. |
