COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Beijer Electronics 603221123 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bizerba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bimba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bently-Nevada product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bizerba such as the 4515000309 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PT196180 manufactured by Bimba and we are pleased to be able to service most Bimba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7200XL by Manufacturer Bently-Nevada as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bimba Brand PT494045C1DMR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Berges such as ACP6075CSLV equipment made by Berges have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Berges products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Berges" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BJC275B made by Big-Joe as well as the popular 50475DXPEE175 original spares produced by Bimba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BRESDFDHCHCRT0A1EGESDBLU by Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics and ACP6075CSLV spares by Berges are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RSI001S44W Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Benshaw. |
