COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Beijer E600 MAC-E600 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weinview products, including obsoleted and phased-out Crt-Solutions parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weinview such as the MT8071iE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M34KUN35X53 manufactured by Crt-Solutions and we are pleased to be able to service most Crt-Solutions systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T200HMIF01V1 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6AV21232MA030AX0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as MPCST21NAJ20T equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GT2308VTBA made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular 6186M17PTSS original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HMIGTO5310 by Schneider and MPCST21NAJ20T spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6AV66470AC113AX0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
