COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Beijer Beijer MAC/MTA E200 - 02800B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Aggreko products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Aggreko such as the DeifDU1GempacPN2751 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EA7T10C09Y16B025 manufactured by Automation-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CTE15811000 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hilscher Brand CIF50DNM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sy/max such as CRM210 equipment made by Sy/max have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sy/max products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sy/max" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DD20NT0 made by Altronic as well as the popular CIN624A926G52C original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EA7T10C11124B113 by Automation-Direct and CRM210 spares by Sy/max are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EA7T10C08902B064 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Automation-Direct. |
