COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bei H25D-SS-640-ABZ-7406-SM16-S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynaweb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A16B1212087116C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FFSB14ER144S2 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 91010692 by Manufacturer Dynaweb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Edwards Brand VACUUM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cosmos such as G2D4 equipment made by Cosmos have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cosmos products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cosmos" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 33085105000030100005 made by Bently-Nevada as well as the popular M300 original spares produced by Cutler-hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CLMLDL74X27N00 by Cognex and G2D4 spares by Cosmos are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XH25EF1SS2500ABZC15VVSM18 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
