COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bei H20EB-37-F12-SS-600-A-3904R-EM16-5V-S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Conoflow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Methods-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Celesco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Conoflow such as the GT28ED spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OC20 manufactured by Control-Methods-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Methods-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PT42000501111110 by Manufacturer Celesco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cole-Palmer Brand 836850 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cedes such as 103195 equipment made by Cedes have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cedes products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cedes" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MTWIN3B2A000000 made by Bitronics as well as the popular Gapman original spares produced by Capacitec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HR9011THB by Computer-Conversions and 103195 spares by Cedes are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 82100253R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
