COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Buhler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cas product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the 80500371 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N4VA manufactured by Buhler and we are pleased to be able to service most Buhler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CI2001BS by Manufacturer Cas as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex Brand 80057401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Consolidated-Controls such as 45EN18 equipment made by Consolidated-Controls have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 80058341B made by Cognex as well as the popular 221961074 original spares produced by Bellofam

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BB30S126K1337 by Comptrol and 45EN18 spares by Consolidated-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VPA2MNA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carlo-Ganazzi.
