COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Beckhoff KL3202 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Imaging-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Automated-Logic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Imaging-Technology such as the MN100FG101AT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NICC manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M4106 by Manufacturer Automated-Logic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keyence Brand LC2400W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ormec such as MACDE011C2IB equipment made by Ormec have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MOTORCONTROLLER made by Moog as well as the popular MDSBCV220 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDS60A01105A3400 by Sew-Eurodrive and MACDE011C2IB spares by Ormec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M334544SMF0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bonitron.
