COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Beckhoff CX1030-0123 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bently-Nevada products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Berger-Lahr product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bently-Nevada such as the 2150400401002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M25DXHSS4096GXD4XSC14S5 manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 30180801 by Manufacturer Berger-Lahr as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bestcare Brand PLH400H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bei such as H25ESS5000T2ABZC8830LEDSM18 equipment made by Bei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 330001 made by Bently-Nevada as well as the popular 2150000201002 original spares produced by Bently-Nevada Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 330065020101000101 by Bently-Nevada and H25ESS5000T2ABZC8830LEDSM18 spares by Bei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DCB375600C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Benshaw. |
