COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Beckhoff CP78220002 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the FRD72015K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS3800NFCD1K1E manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FIS68001200G by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electric Brand DS3820STBB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thoma-Magnettechnik such as GHUX91760120012 equipment made by Thoma-Magnettechnik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thoma-Magnettechnik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thoma-Magnettechnik" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ECF15CD0002 made by Antek as well as the popular EB2EH3W100 original spares produced by Appleton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EVF8221E by Lenze-Americas and GHUX91760120012 spares by Thoma-Magnettechnik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS3800HMAC1H1G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
