COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Beckhoff CP7002-0011-0010 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Static-Control product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGM7G09AFC6CSGD7S7R6A00A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6ES76342BF000AE3 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1080P40428CFN by Manufacturer Static-Control as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kinco Brand MT4523T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Crt-Solutions such as M34KUN35X53 equipment made by Crt-Solutions have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crt-Solutions products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crt-Solutions" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XBTGT4330 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular 6SE32900XX878BF0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M34KDD0X11CRT by National-Electronics and M34KUN35X53 spares by Crt-Solutions are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A20B20020300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
