COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Beckhoff C6340-0020 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Benshaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Berkeley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bei product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Benshaw such as the RSD6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N10CPFPECM60 manufactured by Berkeley and we are pleased to be able to service most Berkeley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T25E by Manufacturer Bei as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bently-Nevada Brand 190501010000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bei-Sensores such as 60001003 equipment made by Bei-Sensores have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei-Sensores products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei-Sensores" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 210002805000960302 made by Bently-Nevada as well as the popular 92401005986 original spares produced by Bei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1862200803 by Bently-Nevada and 60001003 spares by Bei-Sensores are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 04420A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beijer. |
