COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Beckhoff AX5206-0000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cromealox products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danfoss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Techniques product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cromealox such as the TM030315M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 195N0015VLT2805PS2B20STR1DBF00A00C0 manufactured by Danfoss and we are pleased to be able to service most Danfoss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHE490CONS0000 by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cleveland Brand MT5130030A5E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Brinkmann-Pumps such as TAS601380Z002 equipment made by Brinkmann-Pumps have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brinkmann-Pumps products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brinkmann-Pumps" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC063B made by Bosch as well as the popular M442510020E original spares produced by Control-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ADBF380145M by Contraves and TAS601380Z002 spares by Brinkmann-Pumps are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VLT6004HT4C20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss. |
